Terms and conditions

Everything you need to know about shopping for Din Present (and probably some you don't need to know). The terms and conditions apply between you as the orderer (customer) and us as the seller (company).

Delivery options
We deliver within 2-5 working days from the order being placed. We always do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. But remember that it can sometimes take a few extra days due to delays from the shipping company, or if we have an unusually high order volume, the current delivery time is shown at checkout.

Mode of delivery
We send your package with Bring. In the Mina Paket app or on Bring's website, you can track your delivery and stay up-to-date on the shipment. You will receive an SMS or e-mail when we have packed your package where you can follow the package directly via the tracking link.

Agent
In the checkout process, you can use your zip code to choose the drop-off point that suits you best. When the package has been delivered and can be picked up, you will receive a notification via SMS. If the package is not picked up within 7 days, it is automatically returned to Din Present. When we send your goods again, a handling fee of SEK 99 is added.

Home delivery
If you order with home delivery, your package will be delivered directly to your door. Please note that if you order over SEK 2,000, ID verification is required.

Order confirmation
After the purchase has been completed and when we have received your order, an order confirmation is automatically sent to the e-mail address you specified in the order. Also check your spam. Always check your order confirmation so that it matches what you have ordered. If something is not right or if you have not received a confirmation, please contact us immediately. You will also receive another e-mail from us when your goods are packed and on their way to you. Always save your order confirmation until you have received your package and checked that the contents of the package are the same as what you ordered.

Prices
The prices are in Swedish kronor. VAT is included on all goods at 25%, 12% or 6%. All prices are shown including VAT on the website. We reserve the right for price changes without any warning on possible incorrect prices and cancellation of orders where goods with incorrect prices appear. You will be notified if you purchased an item at an incorrect price.

Transport damage
If you discover damage to the package at the delivery point, you should not pick up the package. Contact us and we will help you with a claim to Bring. We make sure that you get a new order sent immediately. Of course, this also applies if you only discover the damage when you have opened the package. Read more about this under the heading.

Unreleased packages
If your package is not picked up on time, you will be charged SEK 195 to cover our handling costs. That would be super sad, so don't forget your package!

Complaints
We always aim for you to be as satisfied as possible with your purchase from us. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item, contact us as soon as possible and we will help you. You can reach our customer service via e-mail at info@dinpresent.se or via telephone 000000000.

Return of goods
According to the Distance Contracts Act, you have the right to return ordered fault-free goods without giving any reason, so-called right of withdrawal. Notification of this must be given as soon as possible, but no later than within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods.

Please note that products with personal labeling are not covered by the right of withdrawal according to ch. 2 11§ 3p of the Distance & Home Purchase Act. See Law (2005:59) on distance contracts and contracts outside business premises.

• Goods returned to Din Present must be unused and in original packaging.
• When returning unmarked products, the fee for previous shipping is not refunded.
• If you return your entire order, we will refund the full value of the goods, but not
the shipping cost or additional charges. In the case of an approved return of goods where it has been agreed that a refund must be made, the amount for the goods will be refunded via Klarna.

Please note, if you have an invoice that is due before we have handled your return, this invoice must be paid in full to avoid reminder fees, you will receive a refund when the return has not been handled. If you wish to postpone the due date, you can contact Klarna. Never return goods without first contacting our customer service. Payment method
Klarna Checkout
By filling in a few simple details, you identify yourself and can choose the payment method that suits you best - Swish, invoice, card, account, bank transfer and Klarna Direkt. Smooooooth. Sometimes you are offered to pay with one of Klarna's campaigns, which may vary.

Contact Klarna if you have any questions about your payment. All invoices are sent by email. If you want a paper invoice, you can contact Klarna. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer e-invoices. For maximum security, Klarna uses 3D-Secure, read more about Klarna's full terms and conditions here.

Payment options
In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment, direct payment and Swish. Our invoices are sent out via e-mail in connection with the order being sent from us. The invoice has a due date of 30 days. Ordering
We are only able to receive orders via www.dinpresent.se If you need help with your order, you are most welcome to contact our customer service. If the customer is under 18 years of age, the order must go through a guardian.

Layout & Image
Din Present reserves the right to adjust lowercase, uppercase and text for products with personal enhancement so that the selected motif is as similar to the display image as possible. Customer uploaded images are converted to black and white.
